Refunds

Returns: Homeopathic medicines cannot be returned. Nutritional supplements, however, can be returned according to the following stipulations: Merchandise must to returned unopened, unmarked, in a saleable condition according to invoice number and invoice date. *PRIOR AUTHORIZATION is required on all items. Please call our order department for a return authorization number. A 10 percent (10%) handling charge will be deducted from credit for returned product. No returns will be accepted after 60 days of invoice date.
